My motivation to come into this work stems from recognizing that spaces and systems in which we operate are not always built for us, but - with that - how can we find ways for our whole selves to radically thrive? I will aim to be a sounding board and a co-strategist with you to find what that looks like for you and walk alongside you in that process rather than walk in front of you. I also invite active check-ins into our session time to provide space to adapt if needed. Life is ever-changing so sometimes our goals might change too - and that’s okay. Thank you for sharing this space with me!
