Individual Counselling
Registered Social Workers (RSW's) at Trans Wellness Ontario are all members of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Our practitioners range in education level, from BSW to MSW. Each RSW has their own practice area of expertise. The goal of our counselling program is to offer low barrier, cost free, mental health support to members of the queer and trans community in Ontario.
Intake
Thank you for reaching out to TWO! Please complete this short pre-intake form to be contacted for a virtual intake appointment with one of our Intake Workers.
Important Information:
Trans Wellness Ontario Individual Services are only available to community members within Ontario who are 13 years of age and up. If you are under the age of 13, please reach out to intake@transwellness.ca to receive referral information.
Filling out this form does not guarantee you will receive an intake appointment, it is to determine your eligibility for TWO Services.
All individual services at TWO are free of cost.
The intake appointment is not a counselling session.
The intake appointment does not guarantee you will receive services at Trans Wellness Ontario.
If you are a service provider referring a client, please email a signed release of information to intake@transwellness.ca if you are looking for updates on the status of your clients referral.

Peer Support
Trans Wellness Ontario’s peer support program provides client-focused, conversation-based, confidential support for individuals exploring or questioning their gender identity. Our peer support workers are safe and affirming adults with lived experience in the trans community who can help our clients build self confidence and resilience, navigate community resources, develop focused transition-related goals, and live peacefully as a member of the trans community. Peer support can provide support surrounding a wide variety of topics depending on client goals including: Coming out, Discussing gender affirming care, Navigating relationships, family, and friendships, Dating and intimacy
Building resilience and a positive self image, Self expression (makeup, clothing, hair, etc), Community resources, Self discovery.
